A soft and slightly fruity milk chocolate with a high cocoa content made from Nicaraguan cocoa beans.

Georg Bernardini called this chocolate in his book "The Chocolate Tester" the best chocolate in the world . Zotter himself describes it as the " best milk chocolate in the world ".

Zotter is a bean to bar manufacturer and currently the the only European manufacturer who produces exclusively in organic quality and with fair-trade cocoa.

We are chocolate purists and besides this we have Zotter Labooko chocolate Nicaragua 50% milk chocolate many more dark Labooko chocolates added to our range.
