Comparison of two wonderful cocoa. One comes from Peru and was there with the farmers of Aprocap found with white Criollo varieties. This blend is made with cocoa Mayans compared. The Zotter family spent two weeks at the Toledo Cocoa Growers to learn about cocoa and the legacy of the Maya.  

Let the chocolate melt on your tongue, only then can the wonderful aromas unfold and the taste of the different types of cocoa unfold.

Josef Zotter is so far the only European manufacturer who produces exclusively in organic and fair quality.

We are chocolate purists and besides this we have Zotter Labooko chocolate Peru 82% and Belize Toledo many more dark Labooko chocolates have been added to our range. All Zotter chocolates from this series are made without milk and are vegan!

Sehr lecker

Beide: Ausgeglichenes Süße-Röst-Verhältnis.
Peru: Eher fein, als mild (wie angegeben). Durchgehende Wahrnehmung von Fruchtsäure. Abgang leicht herb/ adstringend. Belize: voll, rund, schokoladig, Geschmack und Mundgefühl sahnig.
