Die Kakaobohnen aus Madagascar werden direkt in der Sonne getrocknet. Die extrem heiße Sonne lässt die Kakaobohnen sehr schnell trocknen, wodurch sich die Oberfläche der Schale verschließt und die Fruchtsäure eingefangen wird.

Die Schokolade hat ausgeprägte Noten von Zitrone und ist ideal für eine leichte Mousse au Chocolat geeignet.
