Die Schokolade Grand Cru Java East Highland mit einem Kakaoanteil von 64% wird 72 Stunden conchiert; veredelt in der traditionellen Längsreiber-Conche. Der Kakao aus dem östlichen Hochland Javas in Indonesien ist von der edlen Criollo Sorte, die seltenste aller Kakaosorten.

Harmonische Verbindung eines gehaltvollen Cacaos mit ausgeprägter Kaffeenote und einem Hauch von Tabak. Das traditionell schonende Herstellverfahren bringt die intensive Fruchtsäure und das Aroma von Brombeeren zur vollen Entfaltung. Der lang anhaltende Abgang ist geprägt von süsslichen Dörrfeigen und wird durch eine kräftige, sehr angenehme Torfnote abgerundet.

Die Verpackung ist mit 15 x 15 cm recht groß, dafür ist die Tafel darin schön dünn gegossen, was den Genuss noch  erhöht.

Grand Cru Java Schokolade 64% East Highland Criollo empfehlen wir zu Rotwein, der im Holzfass ausgebaut wurde.
