Criollo 100% reiner Kakao ohne Zuckerzusatz, schwach entölt aus den besten Regionen Zentralamerikas, ohne weitere Zutaten veredelt. Löst sich ohne Kochen in warmer Milch. 
Die Schokolade eignet sich hervorragend zum Backen oder Kochen . Warum mal nicht die kräftige Sauce eines Bratens mit ein wenig Kakao abzubinden. Sie werden überrascht sein, wie gut das harmoniert!
