Dunkle Herkunftsschokolade aus der Provinz Ba Ria in Vietnam

Die Kakaobohnen dieser rot verpackten Schokolade kommen aus dem Bergland der Ba Ria Provinz in Vietnam mit aussergewöhnlich intensiven Fruchtnoten von roten Früchten. Man muß schon die Zutaten lesen um zu glauben, das es tatsächlich nur aus den Trinitario Bohnen hergestellt wird und wirklich keinerlei Geschmackszusätze hat.

Sie Schokolade wird in Saigon hergestellt. Die Kakaobohnen werden von den lokalen Kakaobauern vor Ort fermentiert und getrocknet. Sie schmeck so gut wie sie aussieht !

Die Schokolade ist sojafrei, lezithinfrei und laktosefrei.

Die Ba Ria 76% Single Origin Dark Chocolate ist eine Herkunftsschokolade.
