Dunkle Schokolade von Criollo Bohnen aus Nicaragua

Die Kakaosorte wurde unsprünglich in kleinen Mengen auf einer einzigen Farm im Norden von Nicaragua gefunden. Der Kakao hat eine sehr fruchtige und angenehme Säure. Aromen von Trauben und Rosinen und einen langen Nachgeschmack.
