Dunkle Schokolade aus Venezuela von der Plantage Las Trincheras mit leichter Nussnote und 72% Kakaogehalt.

Willie Harcourt-Coooze entdeckt auf einer Plantage in Venezuela seine Lebenspassion: Schokolade. Er war so begeistert von der überwältigenden Aromenvielfalt, dass er sich die Plantage Hacienda El Tesoro 1995 kaufte. Auf ihr wird seit 1640 Kakao angebaut, fast nur ungekreuzter Criollo.

Er will diese Aromen und das damit verbundene Geschmackserlebnis unter die Menschen bringen. Auf seinen Tafeln steht: "forgotten flavours", was so viel wie "vergessene Aromen oder Geschmacksrichtung" bedeutet. Die Schokolade wird ohne Lezithin hergestellt.  

Die Willie's Cacao Schokolade Las Trincheras Gold 72% wird aus venezolanischen Kakaobohnen hergestellt.
