Dark chocolate off Venezuela from the Las Trincheras plantation with a slight nutty note and 72% cocoa content .

Willie Harcourt-Coooze discovers his passion for life on a plantation in Venezuela: chocolate. He was so enthusiastic about the overwhelming variety of flavors that he bought the Hacienda El Tesoro plantation in 1995. Cocoa has been grown on it since 1640, almost only uncrossed criollo.

He wants to bring these flavors and the associated taste experience to people. On its boards it says: "forgotten flavors", which means something like "forgotten aromas or tastes". The chocolate will made without lecithin.   

Willie's Cacao Chocolate Las Trincheras Gold 72% is made from Venezuelan cocoa beans.
