In 1994 we started our adventure with the Porcelana. We have been buying part of the available harvest in the Andean region every year since 1997. In 1998 we planted various subclones of the ancient Porcelana cocoa on the Hacienda San José. Notes of bread, butter and jam. Inspiring roundness.
