The Lazy Cocoa Growers Blend La Dalia 100% Cacao wird aus Kakaobohnen aus Nicaragua hergestellt. Die Bohnen kommen von 10 verschiedenen Kakaobauern, die auch andere Kakaosorten auf ihren Farm haben. Sie weigern sich die verschiedenen Sorten auszusortieren. Daher kommt der Name "The lazy cocoa growers blend", was so viel wie: Die "Mischung der faulen Kakaobauern" heißt.

Normalerweise besteht Mikkel Friis Holm darauf, die verschiedenen Kakaobohnen für seine Schokoladen separat zu fermentieren. Die Mischung ist die beste, die er jemals probiert hat. Lassen Sie sich überraschen von La Dalia 100% The Lazy Cocoa Growers Blend. Er stellt alle seine Schokoladen Bean-to-Bar (von der Bohne bis zur Tafel) selber her.
