Brazilian 70% dark chocolate with a hint of freshness and a playful kick. The cocoa, sourced directly from the Vale Potumuju plantation, is ground, conched and made in the "tree-to-bar" workshop in Bahia, Brazil, The cocoa beans are steeped in lime juice and then blended with Pimenta Bode chili to add a nuanced spicy note that enhances the deep, earthy flavor of the cocoa. Flavors of dark cocoa and bright lime. Initially with citrus and the gentle sharpness emerge, linger and then gently transition into the smooth finish of the cocoa.
