Bean-To-Bar Chocolate from Brazil

This dark chocolate from Brazil contains small pieces of orange peel, not oil, but real orange peel pieces. The cocoa butter in the Chocolate surrounds the oranges and captures their flavor and aroma for an exceptional taste experience.

The cocoa beans come from the company's own Vale Potumuju plantation in Bahia in the north-east of the country, with production in the middle of Sao Paulo. The problem is that there is not always electricity on the plantation, meaning that continuous production is not possible. This is why most of the factories are located in larger cities, where it is easier to ship and deliver to customers in this huge country.

Baiani Chocolates also has a small café at the production site, where you can enjoy pralines and Hot Chocolate in addition to Chocolate. I am particularly pleased about the chocolates from Brazil.
