The figs in this wooden box are filled with almonds and orange peel, baked in the oven and coated with white chocolate. A specialty from Calabria in Italy.

The company Dolci Pensieri di Calabria (sweet greetings from Calabria) was founded in 1998 and is managed by the siblings Franco and Antonio Rao. The company has more than 50 years of family tradition in processing figs, a typical product from Calabria. The wealth of this rural region lies in the excellent products that the local soil produces.

ATTENTION: This product is NOT available all year round. After the harvest in summer, the new products come back in from autumn. You can be notified when the figs are back.

The company has made it its philosophy to revive, preserve and make accessible to many the wonderful local specialties of the Cosenza area.
