Dark chocolate made from criollos from Venezuela

Canoabo is a criollo cocoa that Domori replanted from ancient cultures on his own plantation Hacienda San José. The single-origin Criollo is brought back to life. The cocoa has notes of butter, dates and almonds. It is elegant and exceptionally smooth in the finish.

Cocoa content: 70%

Domori chocolates do not contain any emulsifiers; if so, they are made exclusively with cane sugar and without additional cocoa butter.
