Karamellgebäck in Schokolade

Diese weiße BIO Schokolade von Zotter wird mit 35% Kakaobutter und karamellisiertem Milchpulver hergestellt, wodurch die Schokolade die karamellige Farbe und den Geschmack bekommt. Verfeinert wird sie mit echter Vanille, etwas Steinsalz und einer Prise Zimt. Sehr lecker! Erinnert an Karamellgebäck, finden wir.

Zotter ist vollständig BIO zertifiziert und handelt alle Zutaten direkt und fair. Darüber hinaus wird die gesamte Schokolade von der Bohne bis zur Tafel (bean-to-bar) komplett im Haus hergestellt.
