"So Woke" Speciality Coffee - white chocolate with coffee

This award-winning "white chocolate" combines just 3 wonderful ingredients for fragrant lovers to create a multitude of notes of natural cocoa butter from Madagascar, raw cane sugar and coffee. All Organic sustainably sourced. Think espresso pressed into a low-sugar white chocolate bar, with just enough sweetness to keep the bitterness at bay, along with plenty of creaminess and rich, roasted coffee flavors. If you love coffee and chocolate, you'll find this white deliciousness irresistible.

The chocolate has a cocoa content of 37% cocoa butter from Peru. Solkiki uses natural cocoa butter, which means it has not been deodorized. This means it has not been "neutralized" and so brings its own flavors and complexity (pay particular attention to the finish when the melt is almost done... the butter makes an unbeatable base). The coffee won 3 gold stars at the British Great Taste 2019! This is a chocolate for those who like an intense coffee aroma with complex flavors. Think peach, vanilla and champagne; plus the light floral and fruity notes of cocoa butter that come in towards the end of the bar, rounding out the coffee flavor and uniting everything into a harmonious chocolate symphony.
