55% Dark Milk Chocolate aus Forastero Kakaobohnen der Fazenda Sempre Firme Plantage aus der Region Bahia in Brasilien.

Im April 2009 erwarb Bertil Akesson zusammen mit seinem brasilianischen Partner die historische Farm Fazenda Sempre, die mitten im Regenwald Brasiliens steht. Dort wird die traditionelle Kakaosorte "parasinho" der Forastero Kakaos angebaut, welcher Bahia Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts berühmt machte.

Die Kakaobohnen der 55% Dark Milk Chocolate Brazil Fazenda Sempre Firme sind im Geschmack schokoladig und daher für eine dunkle Milchschokolade prädestiniert.
