The honey praline fromHerr Biene from Hamburg is made with creamy, slightly tart lime blossom honey and coated with dark Chocolate. In this gift box are 3 x 3 Pralines with three varieties Pralines included:

• Honey Mint Pralines in dark chocolate
• Honey Coffee Pralines in dark chocolate
• Honey Nut Pralines in dark chocolate

The Pralines are produced in a small manufactory and refined with the honey and other ingredients. The two Hamburg beekeepers only according to organic guidelines in wooden materials and do not wander with their bee colonies. The bees have fixed locations in the districts of Hamburg. The honey is natural and contains many important pollens. Because of the different weather and the variety of flowers, the honey tastes different every year. The labels are made of environmentally friendly grass paper, avoiding plastic.
