The marzipan is made from sweet and bitter almonds from the Mediterranean in the traditional way. The paste is slowly roasted in open copper kettles. The marzipan mass is 100% raw mass quality and has an almond content of 52%, which means that the sugar content is relatively low.

The aromatic marzipan log is refined with concentrated orange juice and a touch of alcohol. The finished loaves are dipped in dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60%.

The orange marzipan bread is wrapped in orange tin foil and cling film so that it stays fresh for as long as possible.
