Das Marzipan wird aus Süß- und Bittermandeln aus dem Mittelmeer in traditioneller Weise hergestellt. Die Masse wird langsam in offenen Kupferkesseln geröstet. Die Marzipanmasse mit 100% Rohmassenqualität hat einen Mandelanteil von 52%, was bedeutet, dass der Zuckeranteil relativ gering ausfällt.

Das aromatische Marzipan Brot wird mit konzentriertem Orangensaft und einem Hauch Alkohol verfeinert. Die fertigen Brote werden in Zartbitterschokolade getaucht mit einem Kakaogehalt von mindestens 60%.

Das Marzipanbrot Orange wird in orange farbenes Stanniolpapier und Klarsichtfolie gewickelt damit es möglichst lange frisch bleibt.
