Fine marzipan log with pistachios and cherry brandy

with alcohol - made in Berlin

The marzipan is made from sweet and bitter almonds from the Mediterranean in the traditional way. The mass is slowly roasted in open copper kettles. The marzipan mass with 100% raw mass quality has an almond content of 52%, which means that the sugar content is relatively low.

The aromatic marzipan log is refined with pistachio marzipan, grated pistachios and a touch of kirsch. The finished breads are dipped in dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60%.

The marzipan bread pistachio is wrapped in green tin foil and cling film to keep it fresh as long as possible.
