Diese mit Gold ausgezeichnete weiße Schokolade hat ein perfektes Gleichgewicht aus äthiopischem Kaffee, rothäutigen Erdnüssen, ganzer Vanilleschote aus Madagaskar und einem Hauch von rosa Salz. Der direkt gehandelte Bio-Kaffee wird von Kleinbauern im Yirgacheffe-Feuchtgebiet in Äthiopien angebaut, dem Geburtsort des Arabica-Kaffees. Die Zutaten sind fein gemahlen, cremig und wirken harmonisch zusammen. Man schmeckt jede einzelne Komponente. Eine Schokolade wie keine andere !

Sehr angenehme Schokolade

Yiracheffe Coffee Redskin Peanut White Chocolate, enthält also sowohl Kaffee als auch Erdnüsse. Deshalb ist sie auch hellbraun. Es handelt sich um die am wenigsten süße weiße Schokolade, die ich je probiert habe, was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde. Die Erdnuss ist leicht zu schmecken, beim Kaffee fällt es mir schwerer. Ein sanfter, ausgewogener Geschmack.
