Die faszinierende Geschichte von Kakao und Chili begann vor über 1000 Jahren in der heutigen Region Mexikos. Bei den Azteken stand dabei die euphorisierende Wirkung der beiden "Glücklichmacher" im Vordergrund. Die Kombination aus süßlich-herber Schokolade und feurigem Chili ist eine Offenbarung! Wir haben es geschafft! Wir haben besonders gelungene Kombinationen gefunden, die Ihnen maximalen Genuss versprechen.

Kennen Sie sich mit Chili aus? Der Schärfgrad wird in Scoville (SHU Scoville Heat Units) gemessen bzw Schärfegrad bis 10. Pfefferspray hat einen Schärfegrad von 2,0 bis 2,5 SHU. Bird's Eye Chili kommt aus Afrika und hat 50.000-100.000 SHU und einen Schärfegrad von 3, also schon ziemlich scharf. Andere Namen sind Thai Chili oder Piri Piri.
