Dom Ramsey ist Blogger, Autor und ehemaliger Besitzer des Schokoladengeschäftes Damson Chocolate, das er kürzlich in London aufgegeben hat. Seine neue Geschäftsidee ist eine Rezeptsammlung für Schokoladenhersteller, die unter Lizenz genutzt werden kann.

Emile Winje hat sich das Rezept mit Lakritz und Meersalz herausgesucht und leicht abgewandelt. Er verwendet kein Lecithin und hat den Kakaogehalt auf 56% erhöht.

Das Lakritz aus der Süßholz Wurzel wird mit Meersalz aus dem Saltverk (Salzwerk) aus Island verbunden zu dieser schönen Bean-to-Bar Schokolade.

Die 56% Damson Milchschokolade Süßholz Meersalz ist das perfekte Geschenk für Lakritz Liebhaber.
