Dom Ramsey is a blogger, author and former owner of the Damson Chocolate chocolate shop, which he recently closed in London. His new business idea is a collection of recipes for chocolate manufacturers that can be used under license.

Emile Winje chose the recipe with liquorice and sea salt and modified it slightly. He doesn't use lecithin and has increased the cocoa content to 56%.

The liquorice from the liquorice root is combined with sea salt from the Saltverk (salt works) from Iceland to create this beautiful bean-to-bar chocolate.

The 56% Damson milk chocolate liquorice sea salt is the perfect gift for liquorice lovers.
