"Bergminze" Mountain mint 70% dark milk chocolate with mint

no added sugar

Open your mouth and close your eyes for our new "purissima". Cocoa, gray cattle milk, dried Tyrolean mountain mint - and that's it! The sugar-free version with natural milk sugar goes well with the mint from the Tyrolean mountains.

It is the result of the collaboration between Domori , the most innovative chocolate manufacturer in Europe, and Tyrolean nobles. Domori uses Trinitario cocoa beans, a cross of < bilobaTransDictionary data-dictionary-entry-id = "2"> Criollo - and forastero plants that are grown in Venezuela on the Hacinda San José .

As always, the milk for the "purissima" is provided by the Tyrolean gray cattle.

Cocoa bean: Rio Caribe Superior (Trinitario) . Aromas are reminiscent of peanuts, ripe fruits, tobacco.

Dark chocolate with milk instead of sugar substitute, without soy lecithin.

Tiroler Edle 70% Purissima Maxima Bergmint without added sugar is a dark milk chocolate.
