Dark Organic Chocolate with salt and 71% cocoa. The cocoa beans come from its own plantations in the Alto Huayabamba valley in Peru and are processed by Felchlin in Switzerland, where Choba Choba supplies the cocoa beans and has them processed by Felchlin according to its own recipes and using its own molds. Hence the 91g bar weight. The exquisite Guérande sea salt underlines the aromas of Chocolate citrus, cassis and black tea and gives the Chocolate a hint of sea breeze.

The special thing about this Chocolate is that the cocoa farmers are co-owners of the cocoa plantations and therefore have a vested interest in good cocoa.
