A great summer chocolate, which you can also store in the refrigerator! It is almost like a lemon-mint dessert when you let it melt in your mouth -  very successful.

Clement Chococult is a small manufactory in Bernried on Lake Starnberg right next to the train station. You can look directly over the shoulder of the master in the glass production and also taste and buy on site the tablets and Pralines made in classic craftsmanship.

The Swiss Grand Cru   Chocolate Sao Palmé is processed in the classic longitudinal driver conches to premium Chocolate with a delicate melting.

The Chocolate is handcrafted from cocoa beans with the Suhum-Kraboa-Coaltar Districts designation of origin in Ghana West Africa. The area covers about 400 sq km with about 2,600 smallholder farmers who grow their cocoa on an area of 6,500 ha. Yayra Glover comes from Ghana and studied human rights in Switzerland. As an interpreter, he went back to his home country again and again. Cocoa is the most important export in the West African country and is strongly controlled by the Ghana Cocoa Board. He succeeded in convincing the board of his project. His goal is to achieve better income for the population through sustainable agriculture and organic farming. Through social research activities, the welfare of the farmers and their families will be improved and they will be given the opportunity to change their lives and lead them independently. Yayra Glover is the first to be allowed to sell his cocoa directly to customers and is even supported by the Cocoa Board.

The Suhum Kraboa Coaltar District is located on the southern edge of a large forest area, about 60km north-west of the capital Accra, which lies directly on the coast. To the south is the coastal savannah, to the east the Aburi hill range, and to the northwest the protected Attewa Forest. The whole district is hilly, interspersed with shallow valleys, rivers and streams.

The filled chocolates and Pralines have been awarded several times at the International Chocolate Awards award-winning. Only Felchlin couvertures are processed in the master factory.
