Der Kakao für diese knackige Schokolade kommt aus San Martin im Norden von Peru. Verdelt wird sie mit italienischen karamellisierten Haselnuss Stückchen aus der Region um Rom. Frisch geröstet werden sie auf die Milchschokolade aufgestreut.

Cluizel verwendet ausschließlich edle Zutaten, keine künstlichen Stoffe oder Aromen. Es wird nur reine Kakaobutter, keinerlei Fremdfette und nur echte Bourbon Vanille verwendet.
