Bean-to-bar chocolate from Vietnam

The dark chocolate from Vietnam by Marou has 64% cocoa content and is refined with Arabica coffee . The cocoa beans come from the jungle of Madagui. The coffee beans grow in the higher mountains of Dalat. Dalat is the provincial capital of Lam Dong . The mountains offer ideal growth conditions for both cocoa and coffee. The chocolate is a single origin chocolate or also referred to as a chocolate of origin .

The bean-to-bar chocolate is:

  • soy free
  • gluten free
  • lactose free
  • free from nuts

The chocolate consists of only three ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar and coffee, nothing else.
