Candied orange peel in dark chocolate from the house Valrhona in France. 130g of the delicious orange sticks are in the pretty box.

The manufacturing process is elaborate. The orange peels are cut into long strips, blanched and soaked overnight in water. In this way, the orange oil comes out and the orange peels do not become bitter. Then the strips are boiled with sugar and glucose and drained. Then the dry orange sticks are dipped in melted chocolate and cooled.

Valrhona is a French company based in Tain L'Hermitage and is a B Corporation.
