Chocoviar Arancia Praline 75% Chocolate with blood orange

Blood orange filling coated with dark chocolate

The Pralines Chocaviar Arancia are dark Pralines filled with a ganache of Sicilian blood oranges coated with 75% dark chocolates as well as Chocaviar sprinkles. The soft blood orange
filling provides an intense, citrusy sweetness that contrasts irresistibly with the extra dark Chocolate. The Chocaviar also consists of dark Chocolate with 75% cocoa content.

The Chocaviar is produced in a complex process in several layers. The thin layers of Chocolate are cut into very small chocolate pieces and coated with dark Chocolate from South America. This Chocaviar is used to coat and package various types of Pralines. The Chocaviar 75% praline is one of the most popular varieties among the wrapped Pralines.

The bittersweet temptations are individually wrapped in orange. The Cubotto Chocaviar Arancia Pralines  are gluten-free.
