Die Pralinen Chocaviar Arancia sind dunkle Pralinen gefüllt mit einer Ganache aus sizilianischen Bluthorangen umhüllt von 75% Zartbitterschokoladen sowie Chocaviar Streußeln. Die weiche Blutorangen
Füllung sorgt für eine intensive, zitrusartige Süße, die einen einen unwiderstehlichen Kontrast zu der extra dunklen Schokolade. Der Chocaviar besteht ebenfalls aus dunkler Schokolade mit 75% Kakaogehalt.

Hergestellt wird der Chocaviar in einem aufwändigen Verfahren in mehreren Schichten. Die dünnen Schichten an Schokolade werden in sehr kleine Schokoladen Stückchen geschnitten und mit dunkler Schokolade aus Südamerika überzogen. Mit diesem Chocaviar werden verschiedene Sorten an Pralinen ummantelt und verpackt. Die Chocaviar 75% Praline ist eine der beliebtesten Sorten unter den verpackten Pralinen.

Die zartbittersüßen Verführungen sind einzeln orangefarben verpackt. Die Cubotto Chocaviar Arancia Pralinen sind glutenfrei.
