Boero 10 Kirschen in Grappa in Zartbitterschokolade aus dem Piemont

Die Boero-Kirschen sind das Aushängeschild von Bodrato Cioccolato aus dem Piemont in Italien. Diese ganzen Kirschen ohne Stein und Stiel lagern mehrere Monate in Grappa, bevor sie in eine Schicht von Rohrzucker getunkt werden, um danach mit Zartbitterschokolade umhüllt zu werden. Der Zucker absorbiert ganz langsam den Alkohol und wird in einen köstlichen Likör verwandelt. Der Prozess dauert so lange bis der ganz Zucker geschmolzen ist und nur noch die Kirsche in Alkohol mit Schokoladenüberzug übrig bleibt. Achtung: die Praline ist flüssig gefüllt!. Diese echten Piemontkirschen werden zum eigenen Schutz sorgsam einzeln verpackt.
