From up to 60 percent Cocoa over 75 percent to 80 percent Cocoa to particularly dark chocolates, which have a cocoa content of 98 percent you will find a complete selection for every taste. For the chocolate purist, there is of course also Chocolate with up to 100 percent Cocoa content. From 70 percent cocoa content, by the way, recent research suggests that dark chocolate even reduces the risk of heart attack. If you're still not sure which variety is right for you, simply order a small selection - that way you can also try out the different flavors at home.
