Dunkle Schokolade hat 65% Kakaoanteil und wird aus Baracoa Bohnen mit dezenten Noten nach Honig hergestellt und mit Orangenöl verfeinert.

Die Schokolade wird ohne Lezithin hergestellt und ist in einer quadratischen, orange-farbenen Schachtel handlich verpackt.

Willie Harcourt-Cooze kauft seinen Kakao direkt von den Plantagen, verarbeitet ihn auf alten Maschinen zu Schokolade. Er benutzt nur rohen Rohrzucker und natürliche Kakaobutter. Er verwendet weder Sojalecithin, noch Vanille, nichts was dem Aroma der Kakaobohne im Weg sein könnte.

Die Schokolade Luscious Orange Baracoa 65% wird von Willies Cacao in England hergestellt.
