Bean-to-Bar Schokolade

Diese Schokolade ist eigentlich eine weiße Schokolade mit dem Zusatz von Milch und mit Meersalz gesalzenen Mandeln. Sie enthält keine Kakaomasse und schmeckt köstlich! Die Kakaobohnen kommen aus Madagascar von der Plantage von Bertil Akesson.

Die Farbe der Schokolade ist Milchkaffee braun, die gesalzenen Mandeln sind aufgestreut.

Preise und Auszeichnungen: Scandinavian Bronze 2017 bei den International Chocolate Awards.

Die Sea Salted Almonds + Milk Schokolade von OmNom ist in einer grünen Schachtel mit Aufdruck von Schafen verpackt.
