Cocoa from Venezuela meets original coffee from Ethiopia and milk from Tyrolean gray cattle: Open your mouth, close your eyes for the new "purissima". It is the result of the collaboration between Domori , the most innovative chocolate manufacturer in Europe, and Tyrolean nobles. Domori uses for the couverture of this chocolate Trinitario Cocoa beans, a cross of < bilobaTransDictionary data-dictionary-entry-id = "2"> Criollo - and forastero plants that he grows himself in Venezuela on Hacinda San José. As always, the milk for the "purissima" comes from the Tyrolean gray cattle.

The coffee is a Arabica coffee from Ethiopia. The milk comes from the Tyrolean gray cattle , which has been at home in the mountains of Tyrol for over 3,000 years.

Cocoa bean: Rio Caribe Superior (Trinitario ) . Aromas are reminiscent of peanuts, ripe fruits, tobacco.

Dark chocolate with milk instead of sugar substitute, without soy lecithin.

Tyrolean noble 70% Purissima Maxima mountain coffee without added sugar is a dark milk chocolate.
