75% Purissima Edelbitterschokolade mit feinem Haselnuss-Nougat

Tiroler Edle Vollmilch Nougat - Dunkle Sschokolade mit feinem Haselnussnougat.

Als Basis für diese Schokoladen wird ausschließlich Couverture aus den Spitzenhäusern Felchlin (Schweiz) und Domori (Italien) verwendet. Hansjörg Haag schöpft flüssige Schokolademasse in Formen und klopft sie wieder aus, sodass nur eine feine Hülle in der Form zurückbleibt. Nach einer kurzen Phase des Erstarrens wird sie mit Nougat-Creme gefüllt und danach versiegelt. Ist die Schokolade abgekühlt, schlägt Hansjörg Haag sie vorsichtig aus den Formen und zu guter Letzt wird sie von seiner Frau Petra liebevoll händisch verpackt. Die "Tiroler Edle" kommt selbstverständlich ohne künstliche Konservierungsstoffe aus und sollte deshalb bald genossen werden.
