Someone who expects creamy delicate melting, will be bitterly disappointed here, in the truest sense of the word. But the differences are huge, because the cocoa content consists of different proportions of cocoa mass and cocoa butter, both the natural components of the cocoa bean. The mixing ratio of the two components remains the secret of the chocolatier.
As with wine, the taste depends on the one hand on the type of cocoa (Criollo, Trinitario or Forastero and Arriba or Nacional), but on the other hand also on the nature of the soil where the cocoa grows. Tolle Schokoladen!
Einerseits ist es schade, dass sich die Schokoladen in dieser Box öfters ändern (hat wohl mit der Verfügbarkeit zu tun), andererseits bekommt man so Schokoladen, die man vielleicht nicht selber ausgesucht hätte. Ich bin immer wieder aufs neue begeistert. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Idee!!
